Yes. All of our repairs come with a free diagnostic to help determine what's wrong with your device. Sometimes our experts have to dig deeper to find the issue. If this work is needed, we'll discuss with you and then carefully take apart your device and perform advanced troubleshooting for a small fee—which will be applied towards your repair if you choose to move forward. The advanced troubleshooting may not be available at all locations. See stores for details. 

It's a good idea to check if your device is covered under a warranty or protection plan before scheduling a repair. Your repair might be discounted or covered altogether if you have one or both of these options.



For phones, check your phone bill or contact your wireless carrier to see if you are enrolled in a protection plan. For other devices, check your email or purchase receipt to see if you enrolled in a protection plan at the time of purchase, or if you're enrolled in a multi-device protection plan. You might also check with the device manufacturer to see if it’s covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Most repairs come with a 1-year limited warranty, valid at all locations. The only exceptions are liquid damage repairs or if we’re working on your device through your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty or some other coverage plan. Then the terms of that coverage would apply.

Yes, if you’re not sure what to do with your old, unwanted tech, just dust it off, and bring it in—we’ll safely recycle it for you. They’ll be refurbished or processed into raw materials for reuse. Here are a few of the devices we recycle: Cell phones, tablets, desktop PCs, laptops, game consoles, wires, cables, chargers, and more. They can be any make or model. But be sure to remove any data (if applicable) from your eligible devices before you drop them off at your local store. Learn more about devices we accept.

Our stores sell accessories for all your favorite devices, and you can also find these accessories online. We offer a variety of cases, screen protectors, chargers, speakers and more from brands like OtterBox® and JBL®. We even carry the latest designs from brands like Rifle Paper Co® and Kate Spade®. 

We offer professional device cleanings to keep you safe from germs and keep your tech working, longer. The crevices on devices like phones and game consoles can contain airborne substances—including dust, dirt, pet fur, and food—which can lead to system failures over time. You can schedule an appointment online anytime.

Our repair vans are available to come to you in certain areas for phone screen repairs, battery replacements, and back glass repairs. Once you schedule a repair, you should hear back from your local store to coordinate the time. Repairs are done inside our mobile repair vans, and your device will be sanitized and tested before it's returned to you. But be sure to find out if this service is available in your area. Mobile repairs require a $30 non-refundable deposit. This is an additional cost for the convenience of having a technician come to your preferred location.
