Yes, our repair vans can meet you anywhere as long as you’re located in an eligible zip code.
We repair Apple®, Samsung®, and Google® phone models. Find out if we fix your phone before starting the appointment process.
Yes, you must schedule an appointment and check to see if we fix your phone model to book a repair with our repair van service. It’s only available in select areas.
There is a $30 service fee to secure your appointment. If you cancel, this fee will not be refunded.
No, all of these repairs take place inside our repair vans which are equipped with everything needed to complete safe and effective phone repairs.
If our repair van service is not available in your area yet, we’d still love to help fix your phone. Visit your local uBreakiFix by Asurion store or learn more about the repairs we offer.
Yes. All of our repairs come with a free diagnostic to help determine what's wrong with your device. Sometimes our experts have to dig deeper to find the issue. If this work is needed, we'll carefully take apart your device and perform advanced troubleshooting for a small fee—which will be applied towards your repair if you choose to move forward. The advanced troubleshooting may not be available with our repair vans or at all locations.
