Tech was wonderful in his patience with solving our problem(perfectly!) and explaining everything to a non-technical woman so I could understand. Your store is a god-send to my husband and me!
It all turned out fine, but my mic didn't work after getting the phone back. I just had to go back a couple more times to get it right.
Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Device was repaired like new. Wait time for repair was longer than what was estimated over the phone- not unreasonable considering the place seemed busy with customers. Ha...

UBREAKIFIX made sure my phone was fixed properly. I had a charging port problem, phone working great. A smudge developed on my screen on the far left side, very minor, they ordered a new screen.
Second fix in 12 months, great service every time. Couldn't ask for more.
