I paid for 4.75 hours of parking due to waIting. Had been told about 3 hrs. Live far enough away going home wasn't really an option. The insurance Co pay made it worth it but shot a hole in my Saturday.

Shop people were friendly and transparent about what causes the phone issues. They were clearly busy, but fixed the phone screen in a reasonable time frame.
