I came in with a laptop that kept blue screening on startup and then shutting down. Long story short, after talking with the guy (I forgot his name, but he was awesome!), we looked at my laptop and got the problem...

Andrew was unable to fix the phone at the facility, however he gave me instructions on how to get a device replacement as it is broken beyond repair.

Quick response and repair
Need cracked screen replaced and after it being cracked the bottom part from the cracked would go dark. Needed the screen replaced and go the job done in an hour.
