uBreakiFix by Asurion Names Lisa Culp as President
Appointment underscores the company’s commitment to franchise success and customer experience

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Nov. 21, 2025 — uBreakiFix by Asurion today announced the promotion of Lisa Culp to President, succeeding CEO Dave Barbuto.
Culp joined uBreakiFix in 2024 as Vice President of Franchise Operations and has led with clear vision and strategic insight. With more than 15 years of franchise operations experience, including growing Valvoline to thousands of locations across the U.S. and Canada, Culp brings proven expertise in driving performance, developing teams, and building strong relationships with franchisees.
As President, Culp will oversee all aspects of the business with a continued focus on operational excellence, franchise success, and customer experience.

Barbuto’s departure comes after nearly 20 years with Asurion, including five years leading uBreakiFix. During his tenure, he led uBreakiFix through a period of significant transformation, improving performance, deepening capabilities, and positioning the company for sustainable growth.
