The staff is superfriendly and helpful. While the software update they tried didn't fix my phone, it wasn't any fault of the staff's, and they told me what I needed to do next in the process.
There was an issue with charging after they replaced the battery, so I had to return later. However, they replaced the protective cover for free and fixed the charging issue.
