It took over two weeks to fix. I contacted one of your Reps named Maggie and she was able to locate the part and fix the laptop. She was great.

Friendly, communicated clearly, repair was prompt BUT: 1) was given someone else's phone after repair and had to return it and 2) fingerprint sensor on my phone was not registered and I had to return again.
Don't know what PUF charge of 1% is, but you still charge it! Cane with a goofy answer, that is for old batteries disposal! A little Google research come up with Property User Fee, which is borderline ulegal in...
