My phone could not be fixed. I was not charged for the diagnostic fee and was given a recommendation of a service to retrieve data i needed from the phone.
screen is still glitchy sometimes but they had it repaired same day
The repair appointment was available immediately and despite the complexity of the repair, it could've be done same day if I had just arrived there sooner. It was a great experience considering it required my phone...
