I received my repair as expected within a reasonable time with professional interaction all around.
Paid for a $30 laptop cleaning which only included inside parts. Screen was not cleaned. As a "cleaning service" I would go the extra 2 minutes and clean the screen too.
They were professional, courteous, exceptionally competent, and had my phone ready to return when they said they would. I can't ask for more than that. Exceptional!
