  • There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles?
  • Yes, we do. Please give us a call at 1-877-320-2237 to discuss with a support representative.
  • I tried to fix my phone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I send it to you and have you finish the repair?
  • Absolutely. If you send your phone in, a technician will perform a diagnostic service once we receive it and call you with a quote before beginning any work.
  • What types of devices do you repair?
  • We repair a wide variety of devices from a number of manufacturers, including phones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more. If you are interested in a repair, please contact a support representative at 1-877-320-2237 or browse our repairs section.
  • Do I have to checkout online to mail in a device for repair?
  • Checking out online is preferred, but not required. If you check out online before sending in your device, it helps us expedite the repair process. If you would prefer to send in your device without purchasing a service online, please include your contact information and a brief explanation of the issue(s) you are experiencing. This will help us minimize any repair delays and return your device as quickly as possible.
  • Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?
  • Yes, we provide a 1 year limited warranty on all parts and repair services, other than repairs for liquid damage, subject to the exclusions and limitations detailed in our Repair Terms of Service. Please see the Repair Terms of Service for full details.

Mail In Repairs and Shipping


  • Do you need my SIM Card?
  • Nope. We have our own SIM cards to test with, so no need to send yours.
  • Do you need my device pass code?
  • Yes, we do. If there is a pass code on the device it hinders our ability to test all the functions. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed, including but not limited to the camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions.
  • Can you bill my shipping account with FedEx or UPS for return shipping?
  • Sure, please call us at 1-877-320-2237 to make the proper arrangements. Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to customers if they supply their own shipping label or shipping account.
  • I don’t feel comfortable buying a part for repair service on the website. Are there any other ways I can pay?
  • Sure, to arrange other forms of payment please call us at 1-877-320-2237 and a support representative can assist you.
  • Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Liquid Damage Service


  • Does the liquid damage service include liquid damage sensor replacement?
  • No, the liquid damage service includes all parts and labor required to the get phone back to fully functional condition, but does not include liquid damage sensor replacement.
  • Does the liquid damage service include logic board replacement?
  • Due to its high cost, the logic board is the only part in the device that is not included in the liquid damage service. If the logic board has been irreversibly damaged, we will not be able to repair it and you will be refunded, minus the cost of return shipping if applicable.
  • I dropped my phone in liquid that was not water, should I send it in for the liquid damage service?
  • It depends on the liquid. We reserve the right to decline liquid damage repair if the phone or device has been exposed to a liquid that may be hazardous in any way. Please call us at 1-877-320-2237 to inquire and make the proper arrangements.
  • I dropped my phone in salt water, is it even worth sending it in?
  • Absolutely. Although salt water is corrosive and can be very damaging to electronic devices, we can still attempt to repair it. Our success rate on salt water damage is lower than that of a device that has been dropped in other liquid, but there is still a good chance that it can be repaired. If we cannot repair it, we will refund you the repair cost, minus the cost of return shipping if applicable.
  • What should I do if my device falls in water or another liquid?
  • First and foremost, do not attempt to turn the device on as that can cause a serious short circuit. Next, send the device in for our liquid damage service as soon as possible. The sooner we receive a liquid damaged device, the higher the chance we can repair it.
  • My device fell into liquid, should I let it dry out to see if works before I send it in?
  • It is possible that a device can begin working normally on its own after liquid damage, but it is very uncommon. It is more likely that corrosion and residue deposits will begin to form on the logic board making the repair process more difficult. We recommend sending the device in as soon as possible, even if it is still wet. The sooner we receive a liquid damaged device, the higher the chance we can repairing it.
  • My device was dropped in liquid and now everything seems to work fine except for one function. Do I still need the full liquid damage service?
  • Probably. Even if only one function is not working, it could be caused by a variety of things. When a device has been liquid damaged, standard rules do not apply. This why we offer a liquid damage service specially tailored for liquid damaged devices.
  • How long does the liquid damage service generally take?
  • Most liquid damage services are done in 45 minutes or less, depending on the level of damage. However, this estimate can vary depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.
  • What if you are unable to repair my liquid damaged device?
  • If we are unable to repair your liquid damaged device for any reason, your payments will be refunded, minus the cost of return shipping if applicable, and your device will be returned. If your device could not be repaired and you do not want the device back or do not wish to pay for return shipping, please let us know and we will recycle the device at our repair facility.
  • Do you offer a warranty on the liquid damage service?
  • We do not offer a warranty on repairs for liquid damage.

Glass & LCD Replacement Service


  • I dropped my phone and now it is unresponsive to touch. Does the screen repair fix this issue?
  • Yes, the digitizer is responsible for all touch functionality, so any non-responsiveness your phone is suffering due to a drop will be corrected when the digitizer is replaced as part of the screen repair.
  • The glass on my phone is completely shattered and is chipping off, is the screen repair service all I need?
  • Yes, as long as the only issue with your phone is a broken screen. The screen repair service will replace the entire glass face, so the extent of the damage to the previous glass does not matter.
  • Do you offer a warranty on screen repair services?
  • Yes, we provide a 1 year limited warranty on screen repair parts and services, subject to the exclusions and limitations detailed in our Repair Terms of Service. Please see the Repair Terms of Service for full details.

  • Do you have any retail locations that I can bring my device to for repair.
  • We currently have locations nationwide in the United States, as well as in Canada, Puerto Rico and Trinidad & Tobago. Our locations are dedicated to providing the repair services found on our website to local customers. To find out if there is a repair location near you, check out our store locator. If there is no location near you, feel free to utilize our mail in service.
  • Can my device be repaired while I wait in one of your locations?
  • Most repairs can be completed by one of our experienced technicians while you wait in store, usually in 30 minutes or less. Certain repair services, such as our liquid damage repair service, may take significantly longer, and those repairs cannot be completed while you wait in store.
  • Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device into one of your repair locations?
  • No appointment is needed. Simply stop by one of our store locations during our hours of operation.
