It took way to long to get the part; it cannot be blamed entirely on China, but the company's poor supply chain for parts; it seems they do not cary common parts in any sort of local/ national system.
Part was ordered with an anticipated 1 week delivery and it took 2 weeks, seems the paperwork was mixed up. Overall, I am happy with the fixed phone.
