Once they got going on it, my laptop was taken care of right away. Apparently they had a backlog if repairs because it took 3 weeks before they started on it.

They gave me a free diagnostic on my broken laptop. Gave me reasonable options of what do do about it. I did not feel any sales pressure. We have had a good experience with them in the past with other devices.

They looked at it same day and the diagnostic fixed the issue so I wasn't charged. Best buy told me it would likely cost me $200 and I'd have to wait 14 days for them to look at it when I asked them to just help me...
