Got new screen, new battery, diagnostic and th phone still heats up. I'll bring it back when I get a chance but not having a car in th age of covid-19 makes that a challenge

Staff was courteous, called at each step of the repair process to keep me updated. Unfortunately, Samsung refused to allow UBREAKIFIX to replace the mainboard in my S20 ultra. So, my phone is still dead.
