Came in with a dust problem on charging port, expect to pay a minimum $50 fee, they fixed it for free. Everyone at the store super nice and helpful - waaay different than most retail stores in NYC.
It would have been nice to know about having to do a factory reset in advance. After restarting the fingerprint scanner did not work initially.
