Amazing transparent service.
Courteous -- yes, but helpful -- no. Although, the intake guy claimed that you work with insurances "all the time", apparently, you're unable to do anything to help.
I'm thankful they were able to fix the device quickly.
Smooth and easy process.
Online order should have told me the screen was not in stock; had to come to the store, be told it would be a week to get the part, then come back later. The actual repair was fine.
Rating would have been higher, but there was a high pressure attempt to sell the whole home Asurion insurance plan that should have stopped when I said "No Thanks" the first time.
