Getting to Know You:

How long have you worked at UBIF?

I started with the company in November 2012 as a mobile technician and have since climbed the ranks from assistant manager to Store manager for over a year now.


What led you to UBIF?

I actually came across Ubreakifix from working at a carrier store that Adam Nations used to market at often.  Also I’ve always enjoyed taking apart devices, this was just a perfect match for me, my past experience and hobbies.


What’s your favorite repair that you’ve completed?

Every successful repair is my favorite!  I especially like any glass only repairs on Samsung devices and any Apple device repair whether it be an iPhone, iMac, Macbook or iPad.


What is your favorite part of being a technician?

My favorite part of being a technician is being able to help people in tough situations.  I love to see the excitement on someones face when I repair something that they thought would never work again.  We are lifesavers to many and that’s the most gratifying feeling!


What are your hobbies/favorite activities outside of work?

Outside of work…I really enjoy sleeping!  I also enjoy resting, napping and spending time with my family and friends.


What are you watching on TV right now? 

Not a big TV fan.  So if and when my TV is on, it probably on the news or I’m playing video games.


War Stories:

What is the worst device you’ve seen come through the door?

In my time here, we have had many crazy devices come in.  Some of which we are able to save, some not.  However, for the most part customers leave happy and thankful just for our effort.
