Dropped my phone in the sink and after drying out the phone kept shutting off and restarting every 10 mins.. I brought it into the Chicago store and literally 15 mins later I was walking out with a fully functional phone again.. AWESOME SERVICE..

My wife dropped her Iphone in a puddle of water, needless to say it died within an hour, even though I put it in a bag of rice to absorb the moisture. I pre-paid for the repairs using paypal and shipped the phone to UbreakIfix in Florida. They let me know they received it by email and called me to let me know it was repaired and on it's way back to me. I would surely use this company again for any repair service to our Iphones.

The service was really good, they communicated really well, and even though it turned out the phone was too damaged to be repaired, they refunded everything! All though it didn't work in the end, the service was great, and I am already sending several other broken devices in to be fixed!

This is a truly professionally run business operation that delivers what the promise. Excellent communication skills! Be sure to understand that most locations are carry in. The mail in locations are not the same. Because I did not catch the differenence between the mail-in and the carry in arrangement, I Fedex'd my phone to the wrong location but they repaired it and returned it very promptly.....Excellent people to deal with!

I thought my phone was finished after it started going haywire with water damage. Luckily the competent people at uBreakiFix were able to save my precious phone for a very reasonable price. I have it back now and it is working with full functionality! Highly recommended.
