I had my 3gs stop working and i couldn't figure out the problem. I went to the Apple store, but they wouldn't take me without a reservation. Luckily, as I walked back to my car I saw a sign saying, "Is your iPhone broken?" So I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the sales associates. I told him my phone was no longer charging, the main button was not working, and the touch features weren't operational. With out hesitation he took apart the phone and reconnected something what had become loose. My phone was fixed within 3 mintues. I was so grateful, and I couldn't believe it was such an easy fix, and they didn't even charge me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Naperville store, and all the associates. I will not longer go to the Apple store, I will be going to UBREAKIFIX for all my electronic needs...

i had an iphone 3gs stuck in recovery mode. i was freaking out and didn't want to spend tons of money on getting it fixed. after 5 frustrating hours of trying to figure out how to fix it myself, i stumbled upon this business's website via google. i figured they could help me fix my phone. i went to work the next day and realized the shop was less than ten minutes away from my work location! i went to see them on my lunch break and they had my phone out of recovery mode and fixed within ten minutes, charged me a super low price and even let me know how to fix it myself the next time it happens (if it were to happen again). i love these guys!!!..

I looked everywhere to find an reputable iPhone repair center that was not only local but one that really understood what I needed. Then I came across ubreakifix. At first the name sounded a little generic. Boy was I mistaken. I called and found out they were local and could take care of me right away. After about 15 minutes I had a new battery installed and was on my way home. Thanks guys!! Since then I have referred everyone I come in contact with to you guys. Ubreakifix is to technology what the military is to our country. You guys do all of the technical research so we can enjoy the benefits...

I dropped my iPhone 3G face first onto my hardwood floor...my phone immediately stopped working (completely turned off and wouldn't reboot) and I even had it protected with an Otter Box! I took it into the Atlanta store where Alex immediately helped and repaired my phone within 15 minutes by reconnecting a few wires, moving the screen back in-place and repairing the battery that had come loose. Great service and great price for only $30 for miscellaneous repair. I highly recommend!

I submerged my Iphone, sadly enough I took it apart and broke a connector, I sent the phone in and within a couple days they had received it, called me and told me the extent of the damage and let me know that the damage I caused was not within thier ability to repair, however the phone actually worked just the earpiece would not function. SO, they did exactly what thier web site said they would do, very timely and fast turn around on my phone. Thanks Ubreak, i will let everyone I know that you are a great company to deal with, honest and up front about the process and that the problem was not life ending but what would and wouldn't work...

I mailed 2 iphones on Monday, they recieved them Wednesday, called me described the needed repairs, I approved the cost, the fixed and mailed them back, and emailed me tracking information. I recieved them on Saturday in like new condition. The both work and looks great!!!
