Sent in my IPhone 3G that had taken a bath in a handbag full of Diet Coke (long story). Only the top end with the headphone jack was submerged, and only for a few minutes. It powered on intermittently until the screen went white and it died. Long story short: UBreakIFix, well, fixed it! Works great and they had it back to me in only three or four days. They also did a good job of letting me know the status of the repair and when they'd be returning it to me. I just figured I'd take the risk since it appears even used, 8GB IPhone 3Gs are selling for north of $200 on Ebay. Now I've got my trusty old 16GB model back to be used for trips overseas and for Skype streaming. Thanks UBreakIFix!!..

I took my phone for a swim in pool ( phone was in my pocket).phone would not power up, but it was worth giving it a shot to send it UbreakIfix. Unfortunately, the damage was, in fact, too extensive for a repair to be made or for the phone to be purchased by the company. Although this was disheartening, their communication with me during the whole process was excellent. I was notified of my phone's arrival at their shop as soon as it arrived and was kept abreast of its condition and progress throughout the time they had it (this ended up being only 24 hours because of their quick turn around). They mailed me my phone the next day, apologizing that it could not be saved; I had requested specific mailing details and they followed them to a 'T'. Though my phone was not salvageable, UbreakIfix's professionalism and courteousness throughout the process made my business with them enjoyable and painless...

My phone was under 4ft of water for 30 minutes (in an otter case) and was totally dead. The service was fast, and professional. And for the stated price. And they gave updates the moment it arrived and they diagnosed. Very happy with and would recommend highly.
