I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company! Although I was at first skeptical of sending my precious iPhone off for repairs, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I mailed my phone late on Friday afternoon, and it was in my mailbox Wednesday. Amazing! Also, the quality of the repair is exceptional. Although I hope that I don't have to have my phone repaired again, if I do, I know where to go. I will certainly recommend my friends. Thanks!

I was so happy with their service the first time I broke my screen, digitizer, and LCD and they where fast with there turn around and I got it back 2 days later. The second time my top button wasn't working and my back cover wasn't on right. They where able to fix that also. Now my screen is cracked once more and I know that they will do a great job fixing it as they always do. If you e-mail them and you will get a fast response within a day. Also the emails explain what has happened in words the typical person can understand...

Busted up the digitizer on my iPhone 3G real good (meaning, real bad). Wasn't real happy with what my local Apple Store had to offer in terms of repair. Some quick Internet searching brought me to uBreakiFix. Shipped my iPhone off for repair on Monday 12/1409. Had it back in my possession, working perfectly on Monday 12/21/09. Excellent turnaround time considering that it's the middle of the holiday shopping/shipping season, and the phone had to travel from California to Florida and back. Very impressed with this company. This week you fixed the glass on my iPhone 3G.. It's better-than-new! (Well, just like new. Certainly, better than before I broke it!). I had it out of my hands for only 50 hours--and I'm on the other side of the country from you. You completed the repair and began shipping in back in a matter of hours of receiving it. Excellent repair, excellent service, and perfect communication. I recommend this to anyone with a shattered iPhone or Touch glass. My iPhone looks and works like new again!

This is the second time I have used your service to work on my apple products. The first time, I dropped my phone in the ocean and there was nothing that could be done. Your service and communication was excellent and it cost me nothing to find out it was not able to be repaired. Last week, before Thanksgiving, I sent in my iTouch with a broken screen and had it back on Tuesday of the following week. My daughter was very happy to have her iTouch back and looking so good.
