Phone went swimming in a salt water pool for about 30 seconds. After a couple of days of drying phone would power on but was doing all kinds of crazy things. It also wouldn't charge and screen was blotchy. Sent in for repair and came back good as new. I have had no issues with the repaired phone.

I had liquid damage to my iphone 3gs - which was vinegar and oil salad dressing. My phone still worked until the battery died. I put it in a bag of rice for a couple of days before taking it to the Apple "Genius" people (whatever Apple) where I was told there was nothing that could be done and they said I basically need to buy a new one. Dropped my phone on Friday it landed right on its screen. Glass did not break but the LCD did A friend referred me to ubreakifix so I called them on Saturday. They took my order over the phone and I shipped it out to them on Monday. They received the phone on Wednesday; I upgraded to overnight shipping and had my phone back on Thursday.
