I went in earlier today to get my glass replaced since I dropped the phone face down straight into the pavement. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Being that I don't live near the store where I got my phone fixed (I live in Gainesville, and stopped by the Orlando location for repair), it helps me feel at ease knowing that I have a warranty on my repair should something happen. Sent in my IPhone 3G that had taken a bath in a handbag full of Diet Coke (long story). Only the top end with the headphone jack was submerged, and only for a few minutes. It powered on intermittently until the screen went white and it died. Long story short: UBreakIFix, well, fixed it! Works great and they had it back to me in only three or four days. My wife dropped her Iphone in a puddle of water, needless to say it died within an hour, even though I put it in a bag of rice to absorb the moisture. I pre-paid for the repairs using paypal and shipped the phone to UbreakIfix in Florida. They let me know they received it by email and called me to let me know it was repaired and on it's way back to me. I would surely use this company again for any repair service to our Iphones.

The service was really good, they communicated really well, and even though it turned out the phone was too damaged to be repaired, they refunded everything! All though it didn't work in the end, the service was great, and I am already sending several other broken devices in to be fixed!

This is a truly professionally run business operation that delivers what the promise. Excellent communication skills! Be sure to understand that most locations are carry in. The mail in locations are not the same. Because I did not catch the differenence between the mail-in and the carry in arrangement, I Fedex'd my phone to the wrong location but they repaired it and returned it very promptly.....Excellent people to deal with!
