We will contact you with a repair quote within 24 hours of receiving the phone. The quote will detail the issues that have been found and parts that will need to be replaced or repaired. The choice to complete the repair is completely up to you and if you decide against the repair we will return your phone with no questions asked so there is nothing to lose.

Shipping Options

As with any repair service, there are two shipping transits, the first being the initial transit from you to us, and the second being the final transit from us back to you. We offer several shipping options for each of these transits from which to choose from. First, you will need to specify the shipping method for the initial transit from you to us.

Ship It at Your ConvenienceShip it at your Convenience – Feel free to ship us your iPhone at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair facility. Of course there is no additional charge for this option.

Ship It at Your ConvenienceReceive a pre-paid shipping label via email – Choose to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email for either FedEx ground or overnight shipping. Once you receive the email simply print it out and attach it to your package.

Ship It at Your ConvenienceReceive a Pre-paid Shipping Container – Elect to receive a prepaid shipping container with either a FedEx ground or express shipping label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the container, simply insert your iPhone, attach the included shipping label and drop the package in the mail.

Ship It at Your ConvenienceReceive a Loaner Phone – Choose to receive a pre-paid shipping container with a loaner phone inside. This way you will not be without a phone while your iPhone is being repaired. Once you receive the container, simply remove the loaner phone, insert your iPhone and attach the included shipping label. Once the repair is complete we will return your iPhone and include another label to return the loaner phone. The loaner you will receive phone is a Nokia 2320 GoPhone that can accept AT&T SIM Cards.

I submerged my Iphone, sadly enough I took it apart and broke a connector, I sent the phone in and within a couple days they had received it, called me and told me the extent of the damage and let me know that the damage I caused was not within thier ability to repair, however the phone actually worked just the earpiece would not function. SO, they did exactly what thier web site said they would do, very timely and fast turn around on my phone. Thanks Ubreak, i will let everyone I know that you are a great company to deal with, honest and up front about the process and that the problem was not life ending but what would and wouldn't work...

I mailed 2 iphones on Monday, they recieved them Wednesday, called me described the needed repairs, I approved the cost, the fixed and mailed them back, and emailed me tracking information. I recieved them on Saturday in like new condition. The both work and looks great!!!

My Iphone 3Gs was water damage. I send my phone for a diagnostic and I receive a like new phone back everything in less than 5 days. Im extremely satisfied with this company, the costumer service and of course the service they provide. Will recommend it to all my iphone friends. Very professional 5 stars service.
