As always all parts, and labor needed to complete the repair are included. Please note that the damage incurred to a submerged phone is wide spread and often unpredictable. Though uncommon, not all water damaged phones can be repaired. If we are unable to repair your water damaged iPhone for any reason, you will be refunded fully! Ready to get started? Unfortunately, some water damaged iPhones are not repairable. In the event that we cannot repair your iPhone we will return all your money minus the cost of return shipping in accordance with our return policy. All repairs are also backed by our 90-day warranty so if you experience any water related issues within 90-days your are covered by our warranty. Shipping Options

As with any repair service, there are two shipping transits, the first being the initial transit from you to us, and the second being the final transit from us back to you. We offer several shipping options for each of these transits from which to choose from. First, you will need to specify the shipping method for the initial transit from you to us.

Ship it at your Convenience – Feel free to ship us your iPhone at your convenience with the carrier of your choice to our repair facility. Of course there is no additional charge for this option.

Ship It at Your Convenience Receive a pre-paid shipping label via email – Choose to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email for either FedEx ground or overnight shipping. Once you receive the email simply print it out and attach it to your package.

Ship It at Your Convenience Receive a Pre-paid Shipping Container – Elect to receive a prepaid shipping container with either a FedEx ground or express shipping label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the container, simply insert your iPhone, attach the included shipping label and drop the package in the mail.

Ship It at Your Convenience Receive a Loaner Phone – Choose to receive a pre-paid shipping container with a loaner phone inside. This way you will not be without a phone while your iPhone is being repaired. Once you receive the container, simply remove the loaner phone, insert your iPhone and attach the included shipping label. Once the repair is complete we will return your iPhone and include another label to return the loaner phone. The loaner you will receive phone is a Nokia 2320 GoPhone that can accept AT&T SIM Cards.

I took my phone for a swim in pool ( phone was in my pocket).phone would not power up, but it was worth giving it a shot to send it UbreakIfix. Unfortunately, the damage was, in fact, too extensive for a repair to be made or for the phone to be purchased by the company. Although this was disheartening, their communication with me during the whole process was excellent. I was notified of my phone's arrival at their shop as soon as it arrived and was kept abreast of its condition and progress throughout the time they had it (this ended up being only 24 hours because of their quick turn around). They mailed me my phone the next day, apologizing that it could not be saved; I had requested specific mailing details and they followed them to a 'T'. Though my phone was not salvageable, UbreakIfix's professionalism and courteousness throughout the process made my business with them enjoyable and painless...

My phone was under 4ft of water for 30 minutes (in an otter case) and was totally dead. The service was fast, and professional. And for the stated price. And they gave updates the moment it arrived and they diagnosed. Very happy with and would recommend highly.

I was very impressed with the courtesy of everyone at Ubreakfix. My son's phone was water damaged and I was sure we were in for bad news. When I spoke with Trevor he gave me some encouragement and we proceeded to ship the phone in for diagnosis. The price for repair came in under the max which was a very pleasant surprise.
