Damaged rubber around iPhone 3G Mid-Chassis?

The mid chassis is the black frame which primarily holds both the glass/digitizer and LCD. The iPhone 3G Mid Chassis is frequently damaged when removing the Glass/Digitizer during a DIY repair. The Mid-chassis includes the proximity sensor, ear speaker, proximity sensor cover, and home button assembly which come mounted on the frame.

Often Corrects the Following Problems:

• Replaces mid-chassis damaged during removal from Glass/Digitizer.
• Chipping or damage to the rubber gasket surrounding the outer glass caused by a drop or fall.
