How long does the repair take?
99.9% of our orders are shipped back out the same day they are received.  We pride ourselves on having the fastest turn around in the country while not sacrificing any quality.  When you use uBreakiFix to satisfy your iPhone repair needs you can be assured that you’re getting the best price, highest quality, and fastest turnaround on the market.  Water Damage repairs often take longer depending on the extent of the corrosion on the board, as they may have to be cleaned.  If the logic board requires cleaning that takes 12 hours and then it has to dry for 12 hours so if there is heavy water damage you’re looking at 24-72 hours.
Do the repairs your have include all parts and labor?
Yes, all the repairs listed on the site include all parts and labor needed to complete the associated repair.  For example, if you send your phone in for our water damage service and we replace a dock, battery, and the LCD you still only pay the $99 there are no hidden fees whatsoe
There are multiple issues with my phone, do you offer any repair bundles?
Of course! We can offer bundles on the site because as you imagine the combinations would be limitless but if you call a representative at 1-877-224-4349 they can surely set you up with a repair combo that can save you tons of money!

What if you are unable to save my water damaged iPhone?

If I send my phone in how do I know I’m going to get it back?

I live in the Orlando Area is there any way to stop by your office/shop to have the repair done so that I can save on shipping?
By all means please do, we always welcome walk-ins! Our hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am – 7 pm and Sundays by appointment.  No appointments are necessary and our technicians can complete most repairs in minutes while you wait!
My phone currently only has a crack in the screen but the rest functions normally.  Is there any guarantee that when I get my phone back it will still function normally?
If you send us your phone working there is absolutely no way you will get it back not working.  We repair hundreds of these phones a week between this site and our stores and have never sent a customer back a broken phone.  Our technicians complete a pre and post repair checklist on your phone to ensure that the iPhone is fully functional before and after the repair. If they notice any issues they will call you before even beginning the repair.  Also, all of our repairs carry a 90-day warranty so if you have any issues with your phone at all during that time please call us and let us know and we would be more than happy to resolve them.
After dropping my phone it has become unresponsive to touch, does the glass repair fix this issue?
Yes, any non responsiveness your phone is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality.
If I choose Overnight Prepaid Shipping Container option is the empty shipping container also shipped to me overnight?
No, our empty shipping containers are always shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If you paid for the overnight option there will be a prepaid shipping label inside the container that is labeled overnight. If you’re in a rush to get your phone fixed we highly recommend you shipping it yourself so you don’t have to wait around for the empty box.
Is my iPhone insured on both the trip to your repair facility and the way back?
Yes, Of Course! Your phone is always insured no matter which carrier it is being handled by.  We ensure all outgoing containers with iPhones for $400.
How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?
If the actual screen of the phone is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? What guarantees do you have in regards to my data privacy?
At uBreakiFix we have a zero tolerance policy toward data disclosure. Rest assured we will not access your private data for any reason and will only operate the phone for testing purposes. You may password protect your iPhone if you feel it is necessary but note that doing so will limit our ability to test certain functions of the iPhone (i.e camera, headphone jack and signal antennas). uBreakiFix Co is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the functionality of those features if the phone is password protected.
What do I need to send with my iPhone?
Nothing, all we need is the phone you would like repaired.  Our technicians are equipped with all the tools needed to complete the various repairs including test sim cards to make calls before and after your repair to make sure everything is functioning as it should.  By all means, please keep your sim card and use it another phone we would hate to think what it would be like to be phoneless this day in age.
Why do you only offer FedEx and USPS options? Can I use UPS?
We currently only offer USPS and FedEx shipping because most of our packages are under 1lb.  UPS’s rates for packages less than 1lb are almost 100% higher than that of USPS and FedEx.  However we do have a UPS account or could easily bill yours, to set up shipping with UPS please call a customer representative at 1-877-224-4349 and they would be more than happy to customize your order.
Can you bill my shipping account with FedEx or UPS?
Sure, please just call a customer service representative at 1-877-224-4349 to make the proper arrangements. Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to the customer if they supply there own shipping label or shipping account.
When you repair an iPhone, is the factory warranty is void?
This is a difficult question. According to Apple as soon as your phone was dropped and the Glass or LCD is broken you warranty is void. Because of the quality of parts we use and craftsmanship of our repairs they will effectively reinstate your factory warranty. We have had multiple customers whose phones had software problems actually have them swapped out under warranty after being repaired at our facility.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes all repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge!
So i tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I send it to you and have you finish the repair?
Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. Please just purchase the diagnostic service and send your phone in.  A technician will call you the same day we receive it with a quote before beginning any work on your iPhone.
Do you buy broken iPhones?
Yes, actually we do please fill out this form and a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours with an offer!
Do you sell iPhones?
