As with any repair service, there are two shipping transits, the first being the initial transit from you to us, and the second being the final transit from us back to you. We offer several shipping options for each of these transits from which to choose from. First, you will need to specify the shipping method for the initial transit from you to us. This is done on the service info page in a drop down menu just below the description.
Ship it at your Convenience – Feel free to ship us your iPhone at your convenience with the carrrier of your choice to our repair facility. Of course there is no additional charge for this option.
Receive a Pre-paid Shipping Container – Elect to receive a prepaid shipping container with a either a FedEx ground or express shipping label included for an additional charge. Once you receive the container, simply insert your iPhone, attach the included shipping label and drop the package in the mail.
Receive a pre-pre shipping label via email – Chose to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email for either FedEx ground or overnight shipping. Once to receive the email simply print it out and attach it to your package.
Next, you must specify the shipping method for the final transit from us back to you. This is done during checkout where you will find both FedEx and USPS shipping options.
FedEx Shipping Options:
Standard Overnight (by 3PM next day except for rural areas)
Express Saver (Generally 3 Business Days)
Home Delivery (Generally 1-5 Business Days)
USPS Shipping Options:
First-Class (3-5 Business Days)
Priority (2-3 Business Days)
Express (1-2 Business Days)
